I would recommend this company to anyone. Drew, their sales executive, came out, asked us what we wanted, mapped out on the computer what it would look like, and explained everything. What we liked about him was he stayed in touch with my wife. My wife was on the fence with who to use, and he kept in touch with her. The cost was a little more than the other two, but we were looking for quality, not just the cheapest pool. They weren’t the most expensive, but they weren’t the cheapest; they were the best.
Patrick, their project manager, did an amazing job. He would answer questions for us all throughout the progress. We never had to wait and guess when the next stage was going to be completed. They let us know from start to finish it would take 4 months, and even with rain delays, it took 4 months, 1 week to complete. Patrick was awesome with everything. I’d recommend them and do recommend them to anyone asking for a pool. A friend of ours just got a pool done, and they went the cheaper route, and now, they are in a lawsuit with that pool company because the concrete is already breaking. Cheaper isn’t better, quality is, and this pool is amazing. We are in it all the time. Thank you, Patrick and Drew, for everything!!!
We had Lake Norman Signature Pools & Patios do our in-ground pool and hot tub installation, which started in late fall and finished in spring. Our backyard was a bit difficult to work with, but they figured out how to make it work. They also use high-quality materials, and the pool turned out great! We have had some issues along the way, and they have always been very responsive and did their best to help us out and get the problem fixed. Highly recommend because of the high quality of the product and the people who work there do really try to help!

We used Lake Norman Signature Pools & Patios during our construction of our home, and we were very satisfied with the job. Patrick was our foreman, and he kept us informed with every step of the job. Any issues or concerns were always addressed and worked out. The key is having a great line of communication with your foreman, and we had that with Patrick! During a pandemic and supply chain issues, you must have patience with the process, but Patrick and his team worked hard and finished our job as promised, and the pool looks amazing!
